How much do our chair covers cost?

Our chair cover prices range from £2.00 to £3.50 per chair cover. All prices include the cover & a sash of your choice from our range. Please go to the chair cover page of our website for more information.

When do I book?

As soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Please always check we have availability for your date before sending your booking form.

How do I secure my wedding date with you?

We require only a £75.00 deposit to secure your date. The balance for the total amount is then payable 30 days prior to your event.

Will your covers fit the chairs at my venue?

It is very rare that we do not have a cover to fit a chair! We have a wide range of covers in different colours & sizes. However, if you have got any queries please contact us.

Can you cover chairs with arms?

No. Sorry, the only style of chair we are unable to cover are chairs with arms.

Are the satin covers slippery?

No. We have never lost a Bride yet!

How do I choose my colours? Can you send me samples?

Please see our Colours & Styles page of the website. Here you can view the colours we have in our range. We can also send you swatches of sash fabric in colours of your choice (Max of 6 swatches per customer). Please contact us providing us the following information:

Name, Address, Wedding Date, Venue & colour choices

How many chair covers do I need to order? What if guests drop out? 

You need to give us your predicted numbers at the time of booking. (remembering to take into consideration any extras i.e. - registrar, string quartet, Master of Ceremonies)

You can decrease your predicted numbers by no more than 15% of the original quantity booked up until 30 days prior to your event date. No reduction can be made after this time.

We will always try to accommodate an increase in numbers, however, please contact us for availability.

When will you set up?

We come and set up on the morning of the event, unless agreed otherwise.

If I am hiring the covers DIY when can I collect them & when do I have to return them by?

We usually arrange a suitable time & date with you to come one day in the week leading up to your event. Covers & sashes must be returned in the box provided by the agreed return date (max of 3 days after the event.)  

Do you have a shop?

No. We operate from our office in Sawston. Please contact us if you require any information on any of our products & services & we will be happy to assist you.

Can you beat a quote I have already received?

We understand that everyone has “a budget”. Our price promise is to offer you value for money, by promising to provide you with quality products and a reliable service for a competitive, fair price.

Our current price quoted for our chair covers is competitive & very fair for the product & service we provide.

It’s the same with all products, a Ferrari & a Ford are both cars, but we all know why the price tags are different!
